Eligibility

Pinnacle, AMS manages several CCNDC properties that participate in a special tax credit program, allowing Pinnacle, AMS to provide quality living at affordable rates to those that qualify. This program is for people and families whose household income falls within certain ranges based on a percentage of the national median. To see if you are eligible, click here for the chart.
